Description

Piazza Europa is a square in Monreale like so many squares in Sicily have the same story.

In the 1920s, the square is infested with waste and vermin. Due to the growth of the bushes, which now reach up to the first floor of the building, and the vermin that the waste brings with it, the residents are obliged to keep the windows closed on the first floor.
