The palace was built in the 15th century by the Termine family, who sold it to the Marassi Dukes of Pietratagliata in 1748.
However, there are different styles present in the palace, ranging from late Gothic to rococo to neoclassicism and neogothic.
Of interest are the original stained glass windows only in the upper arches, as well as the portal and rooms on the ground floor with frescoes by Vito d'Anna and the reception rooms including the Sala del Quattrocento.
