This route takes you around The Fenestrelle Fortress, better known as the Fenestrelle Fort. It is the biggest alpine fortification in Europe, having a surface area of 1,300,000 m². It also includes the famous climb over the Colle delle Finestre: a classic and famous climb of the Giro. The routes starts and ends near the E70, so you can get back quick to your destination (e.g. in Torino).
