You definitely have the time to overview the vineyards of Pelago, Pomino, Rufina itself, and Pontassieve, with the highlight being the ascent to Castello Nipozzano, which has been active in the wine trade for centuries!
The route is a jewel for all those who enjoy curvy driving, both downhill (Pomino) and uphill (Acone hairpin turns).
