The starting point of the ESCAPARDENNE Lee TRAIL is the railway station in the town of Ettelbruck. As the name suggests, Ettelbruck is very much linked to the bridge crossing the Alzette on the former "Grand Chemin" connecting Luxembourg to Liège. The latter was probably also the site of an ancient Roman road.
