We did this beautiful, varied walk on 12.05.2022. Routeyou gives them a difficulty level of 97/100. For experienced hikers, it's not so bad. Everywhere you will find benches where you can quietly enjoy the silence and nature, very often with a beautiful viewpoint. Most of the time he crosses the forest. An ideal summer walk.

The highlight of the walk is the viewpoint "the pulpit". Legend has it that St. Willibrordus preached the Gospel from this beautiful point of view. The pagan listeners who had gathered at the foot of the rock would then have been converted.

We parked the car at Michelau station. Fans of (free) public transport can depart from there. The hike is a combination of different walking routes. So bring a GPS track and/or map with you.
