We have seen with our own eyes that this is true.

This beautiful walk took us through a piece of southern Luxembourg.

Parking is easy in the spacious and free car park on rue Du Vieux Moulin in Lamadelaine. The hike consists of the Auto-pédestre Lamadelaine, which is about 8 km long. We didn't like it very much and we made it to a nice 11.5km with local walks.

During this walk, the hiker will discover the industrial past of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg up close. Today's industry can be seen in the distance. However, you don't mind unless you find the far-flung industry disruptive. ;o)

The hike passes through Minett Park Fond-de-Gras . A former railway and mining complex that has been converted into a tourist attraction. There have been no activities yet, they do not start until May 1st. But even then, the site is worth a visit.

In addition, you can see a lot of nature, where the tracks are in the form of old railway beds, buildings, paths, etc. are still clearly visible.
