Self-walking Oberdonven

We did this beautiful walk on 27-09-2023

The departure is from the parking lot of Rue de la Moselle in Oberdonven. Parking is free, but you will need to insert the parking disc. Then you have 3 hours to close the circle. We took 2:30 in the morning with a 20 minute break.

The promenade consists of 90% paved roads, but with the view you see, you quickly forget that. The hike is very well signposted on one side. Basically, you don't need a line.

We walk through the fields to the edge of the vineyards. After crossing Niederdonven, we climb through the vineyards of Bauschbierg to the Nidderdonwener Bësch. Through the fields and along the country road it goes back to the starting point in Oberdonven.
