We did this hike 95% paved on 05-04-2024

For this beautiful hike we used the Wëntger Gënzentour, a bike path and the Wëntger Millenwanderwee, a hiking trail and also unmarked paved roads. So take a GPS track and/or map with you.

Parking is available in the former Crendal laundry room. We hiked the loop clockwise and made our way to the Troine route, a small village that you can cross in no time. Be sure to visit the beautiful church. From the road to Troine, the route runs briefly along the Belgian border to pass through Hinterhärzelt, a village with a few houses to Troine. Again, the beautiful church is definitely worth a visit.

Just outside Troine, you have the only piece of dirt road under your feet. The route continues to Neimillen and from Neimillen through the beautiful Ramescher nature reserve to Crendal.

During the entire hike you can enjoy nature to the fullest and since you also partly follow the panorama trail , you have beautiful views.
