We did this in one or two directions, well-marked walk on 08.05.2024
We decided to take the loop clockwise, so after a stretch of paved road, you quickly descend through the valley of a seasonal stream to the shore of Lake Obersauer. Follow this shore until you reach the bridge over the N27. Here, you turn right to slowly but surely ascend into Eschduerferbierg. It’s a short hike, but still quite a challenge.
