We did this two-way signposted (ES 7) walk on 26/04/2025 (9,212 steps).
The Lac de la Haute-Sûre? When walking around the lake, you are guaranteed stunning views. This is absolutely the case with this walk.
The route first goes along the shore of the reservoir, then through the village of Insenborn. After crossing the N27, the walk continues in the valley of the Ningserbaach. After a steep climb, you reach a plateau where the hiker can enjoy even more beautiful views.
It is a short walk with art installations at various locations. Definitely do this if you are on holiday in the area!
In Lultzhausen, near this and many other beautiful walks, there is a youth hostel.
