Ermsdorf is a village in the municipality of Vallée de l'Ernz in western Luxembourg.

Until 2012, Ermsdorf was an independent municipality. In addition to Ermsdorf, the towns of Eppeldorf, Folkendange, Keiwelbach and Stegen also belonged to this municipality.

Nice marked walk (follow E6) that starts in the spacious parking lot of the Ermsdorf cemetery. We did this march in the opposite direction to the signage. It's a bit of a surprise if you've lost the signage! No problem if you follow the walk in the right direction.

After following the CR 356, you will pass a memorial stone dedicated to the victims of the 1st and 2nd World Wars in the center of Ermsdorf. A little further on you get a considerable climb under your feet, which offers a beautiful view of Ermsdorf and the surrounding area. We were a little less fortunate because of the fog. After the difficult climb, you can descend to the village of Eppeldorf. From there it goes up again and then it goes down to the starting point.

Lots of paved roads and some forest roads here and there.
