Ettelbruck is a commune in the canton of Diekirch in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The municipality covers an area of 15.18 km² and had 7504 inhabitants on 1 January 2007.
Ettelbruck A is a local promenade that starts in the large parking lot of the football stadium "Du Deich". The hike follows the banks of the Alzette to the hamlet of Grentzingen and then climbs a long, slow climb to the CR305 near the Karelshaff farm.
The CR305 is a car-free road that connects Michelbouch with Ettelbruck. We follow this for about 1.2 km and then descend on a semi-paved road to Ettelbruck.
Beautiful views of the villages of "Schieren" and "Ettelbruck" are certainly present.
