It was occupied by a high-class Campeche family since the 17th century and has always been a reference in the prestigious main square. Passing through the rooms, you will get an idea of how the high society of the city lived back then. The living room across is furnished with 19th-century Cuban pieces. The kitchen is Talavera. Inside, you also find various services such as tourist information (where you can get audioguides to explore the historic center), a café, a bookstore, and a craft shop. Weekly cultural activities are held that rescue some of the main local traditions such as serenades and the Campeche lottery, which take place on Thursdays and Saturdays, respectively, starting at 6 PM. Cultural events are organized on Thursdays and Fridays, starting at 8 PM; they include Folkloric Ballet, Singers, and Campechana Trova.
