The Hoornse Vaart, also known as Hulpkanaal over den Hoorn, is a canal in the municipality of Het Hogeland in the province of Groningen.
The canal was constructed in the 19th century. The canal is partly laid out in the course of the disappeared river Swalve. The released sand from the digging of this canal and the Hunsingokanaal in 1873 is thought to have given rise to 't Stort, southeast of Leens. Workers' houses were built on this sand.
