Il Canale di Hoornse Vaart, noto anche come Canale di aiuto sul Hoorn, è un canale nel comune di Het Hogeland nella provincia di Groningen.
Il canale è stato realizzato nel XIX secolo. Il canale è stato parzialmente costruito nel letto del fiume scomparso Swalve. La sabbia estratta durante gli scavi di questo canale e del Canale Hunsingokanaal nel 1873 avrebbe dato origine a 't Stort, situato a sud-est di Leens. Su questa sabbia furono costruite case per i lavoratori.
