Camping Cnossen Leekstermeer

A campsite in Drenthe, directly on the shores of the Leekstermeer. The skyline of the city of Groningen is visible across the lake. In short: the perfect location for camping. Whether you love peace or adventure, at Cnossen Leekstermeer you will find both.

Our campsite at the holiday park is unique due to its spacious layout. The campsite is directly by the water and on the approximately sixteen hectares you will find 110 camping spots. These are all large spots, ranging from 125 to 175m2. Additionally, the abundant greenery and natural barriers provide plenty of privacy. The bushes and trees also create pleasant shade on sunny days. Despite the natural character and the robust water-rich Onlanden you will encounter, the campsite has all the luxury you could wish for.

The holiday park features a comfortable and hygienic sanitary building and each camping spot is equipped with its own water tap, wastewater drainage, and 16 Amp electricity. There is fast and free WIFI available at every spot. Furthermore, you can make use of the restaurant where our chef prepares the most delicious meals for you.

There is also a Group Nature Camping ground, which stands for camping in a beautiful environment, for families, groups of friends, and other active nature lovers. Discover the spacious Group Nature Camping ground with five fields equipped with water and electricity connections. Natural play areas, sports fields, and luxury shelters. Every evening you can enjoy a campfire and in the morning fresh rolls. Enjoy with a family of 10 or your association of 110. Groups: 5 fields for 10-35 persons with a maximum total of 150 persons. In the northern part of Drenthe, just under 20 minutes from the city of Groningen, lies De Jarden. Directly at the Leekstermeer in the nature reserve De Onlanden. A world of water, reed beds, and beautiful wetlands. Dining on the terrace by the water, learning to sail and surf, cycling and hiking... enjoying actively! Besides camping, there are many additional possibilities: the combination of water sports, active outdoor activities, and lunch or dinner on location offer the ultimate experience. This can range from a day activity such as sailing or building rafts to a complete multi-day arrangement. Breakfast/lunch/dinner service, in the restaurant or at your own camping spot.
