The monument in the Open Air Theatre was erected in the open-air theatre in Ede by the Canadian soldiers, after they had repaired the damage to the theatre during the Second World War. The monument is a stone column with a plaque of natural stone on it. The plaque reads: Damage to this theater by Germans was repaired by soldiers of headquarters 7 Canadian Infanty Brigade August 1945. The plaque is 75 centimeters high and 50 centimeters wide. The monument is placed at the old entrance of the theater and can only be seen when the theater is open.
