The gabel of this building leans 6 degrees forward. This leaning forward of buildings was also a traditional construction for warehouses, which makes it easier to lift goods and drag them inside. The gabel has also a matrix of 896 green lights allowing to show animations. This was designed by Henri Ritzen of Studio Dumbar. The building is 96.5 meters high and has 23 stores.
