Ophemert Castle or 't Hoge Huis is a Dutch castle in the municipality of West Betuwe, located north of the village of Ophemert in the Gelderland river area. Since 2004 it has been part of the nationally protected historic country estate Ophemert. Some literature gives as the year of oldest mention 1265, when Rudolf de Cock is said to be the owner of the castle. The oldest written mention dates from 1403 when Duke Reinoud IV of Guelders den Huijse and gesete tot Ophemert met den Bongert gives in loan to knight Sweeder van Weerdenborch. Until 1552, the house and the manor were owned by the De Cock van Waardenburg family.
