The Old Town Hall Square, formerly known as the Cow Square, in the center of the Dutch city of Kampen is a narrow square at the foot of the New Tower and the old town hall of Kampen. According to the folkloric stories of the Kamper onion, a cow was hoisted to the tower to graze the lush, overgrown grass. In the square, there is a bronze statue of a cow looking up longingly at the tower.
