The estate 't Nijendal is located south of the village of Olst in the municipality of Olst-Wijhe in the Dutch province of Overijssel. between Olst and Diepenveen. For a long time it was part of the possessions that belonged to the nearby Groot Hoenlo estate. Between 1975 and 1982, it became the property of Staatsbosbeheer, together with the adjacent Hooge Kamp estate and, among other things, the Zoogenbrink farm. Since 2021, Stichting IJssellandschap has been the owner and manager. 't Nijendal is approximately 200 hectares in size and forms a cultural-historical and ecologically valuable area.
