Stoomhoutzagerij Nahuis is a museum in the Dutch town of Groenlo with the theme of steam wood sawing. The museum shows how the steam sawmill worked during times when it was still in operation, which lasted until about 1977.
From around 1850, the location was home to a wheel-making workshop where wood was sawn with hand tools. With the purchase of a steam engine in 1918, the working method was changed and geared to the steam engine. The machine was built in 1897 in a factory of Meer, a predecessor of Mannesmann, in Mönchengladbach, Germany. The machine powers two sawing machines that are located in a wooden sawing building from 1900. To the south of this saw building is a small brick shed in which the steam engine is located, with an adjoining boiler building in which a Cornwall-type boiler is set up. The boiler building is equipped with a chimney. The sawmill building is separated from the other buildings by a high fire wall. Separately on the site is a wood shed.
