TOP Vorden. At various locations in the Achterhoek, Tourist Transfer Points (TOP) have been established. From these points, it is very easy to switch to different cycling and walking routes from the car, bus, or train. Each transfer point offers different possibilities. At one point, there are also mountain biking routes, another point is located along a canoe route, the next serves as a starting point for skating routes, and another is a combination of these elements. The transfer points can be recognized by a uniquely designed pillar (see photo), an information board, and rest areas. Clear signs have been placed along the roads in the Achterhoek leading to the transfer points. All locations have ample parking facilities and usually have a catering establishment nearby.
