Eersel ) is the capital of the municipality of Eersel, in the province of North Brabant and is located in the Kempen region.
Eersel is one of the Eight Beatitudes and is best known for its atmospheric Market Square. Together with a part of the Hint, it was declared a protected townscape on 19 October 1967, to ensure that the authentic character is preserved.
