Camping in the heart of the Veluwe, as camping is meant to be.

Peace, space, hospitable and a friendly atmosphere; that is camping Beek en Hei. The hurried life gives way to experiencing and enjoying nature and tranquility.

Centrally located between the Planken Wambuis nature reserve and the Hoge Veluwe National Park, camping Beek en Hei is an excellent base for hiking and cycling. Enjoy jagged sand drifts, rolling moors and vast forests with red deer, roe deer, wild boars and a multitude of birds.

Various museums, such as the Dutch Tile Museum in Otterlo, the Kröller-Müller Museum at Park de Hoge Veluwe, the Open Air Museum in Arnhem and Paleis 't Loo in Apeldoorn can be visited in the immediate vicinity.

Camping on the cozy family field, a camping pitch with privacy between hedges or adventurous free camping in the forest; all this is possible at camping Beek en Hei.

The campsite is open all year round. The site is car-free and the sanitary facilities clean and heated. Electricity connections (6 Amp., majority of the forest pitches 4 Amp.) and water taps are available on the camping fields. Wifi is available for a fee and free of charge through the wifi hotspot at the Day Nursery.

It is also possible to stay in one of our hikers' cabins, a very suitable overnight accommodation for a walking or cycling tour. The hikers' cabins are equipped with a stove so that it is also comfortable to enjoy the peace and nature at camping site Beek en Hei in winter.
