De Gracht is a café-conference centre on the Marktstraat in 's-Heerenberg. The current owners are Milko Heurnink and Chantal Schenning.De restaurant was transferred to her nephew Gerardus Johannes Hendrikus Burgers by Helena Heijltjes, the widow of Johannes Theodorus Bosman, in 1909. Former names are Hotel Bosman and Hotel Burgers.The building, which was built around 1870, is a municipal monument. Together with the national monument Marktstraat 3, the Van Esserenhuis, the current catering facility will be formed. At the front, on the ground floor, there is a veranda with a glass roof, resting on slender wooden posts and struts. There have been more of these kinds of verandas on the Marktstraat.
