Haps is a village in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located in the former municipality of Cuijk, about 5 kilometres south of the town of Cuijk. Since 2022 it has been part of the new municipality of Land van Cuijk. The village was first mentioned in 1201 as Hops. The etymology is unknown. Haps is a village in brook valley and was first mentioned in 1301. It used to be a heerlijkheid belonging to Boxmeer.
