Haps er en hollandsk landsby, der er en del af kommunen Land van Cuijk i provinsen Nord-Brabant. Landsbyen Haps ligger i midten af Land van Cuijk. Indtil den kommunale sammenlægning trådte i kraft i 1994, var Haps en selvstændig kommune. Både det gamle kommunevåben og kommuneflaget satte menighedens helgen Sankt Nikolaus i centrum. Våbnet var afledt af det tidligere skibsfartsseglet. Den 1. januar 2021 havde Haps 2.860 indbyggere.
