Haps es una aldea neerlandesa que forma parte del municipio de Land van Cuijk, en la provincia de Brabante del Norte. La aldea de Haps está situada en el centro de Land van Cuijk. Hasta que la reorganización municipal entró en vigor en 1994, Haps era un municipio independiente. Tanto el antiguo escudo municipal como la bandera del municipio colocaban al santo patrón de la parroquia, San Nicolás, en el centro. El escudo se derivaba del antiguo sello del concejo municipal. El 1 de enero de 2021, Haps contaba con 2.860 habitantes.
