Haps è un villaggio olandese che fa parte del comune di Land van Cuijk, nella provincia del Noord-Brabant. Il villaggio di Haps si trova nel mezzo del Land van Cuijk. Fino all'entrata in vigore della ristrutturazione comunale nel 1994, Haps era un comune autonomo. Sia l'antico stemma comunale che la bandiera comunale ponevano al centro il santo patrono della parrocchia, San Nicola. Lo stemma era derivato dal precedente sigillo del governo municipale. Il 1° gennaio 2021, Haps contava 2.860 abitanti.
