The town hall of Venlo is a free-standing town hall in Renaissance style. It is located on the central square, the Markt (formerly also known as Het Cruys), at the intersection of both Steenstraat/Gasthuisstraat/Parade with Lomstraat/Vleesstraat in the Dutch city of Venlo in the municipality of the same name. The first town hall of Venlo was owned in the first half of the 14th century by Gerard van Bocholt, who transferred the property to the city council after Venlo was granted city rights in 1343. The city council initially met at the homes of the schepenen.
