The Sint-Barbaraklooster is a former monastery in the city of Delft, in the Dutch province of South Holland. The building currently serves as a society for the student association Virgiel.
Some nuns who had left the nearby Sint-Agathaklooster after a disagreement established their own monastery on Oude Delft in May 1405. They belonged to the Franciscan Order. This monastery was destroyed by fire in 1536, after which it was rebuilt on the same site. In 1572, Catholicism was banned in Holland and the building permanently lost its function as a monastery. The last nun left the building in 1579 and the property subsequently served as an orphanage. Additionally, there was an armory established there in the 16th and 17th centuries.
