The Berlagehuis is the former Town Hall of Usquert, built in 1930 by the architect Hendrik Petrus Berlage. It was designed and constructed on behalf of the then still independent municipality of Usquert (now part of the municipality of Eemsmond after various municipal mergers) in the Dutch province of Groningen.
The town hall is built in the style of rationalism and has been a national monument since June 12, 1990. The tiles in the central hall were made by the Porceleyne Fles. The Hendrick de Keyser Association has been the owner of the building since 1990. The building was restored in 1991.
