Bocholtz is a former railway station in Bocholtz, the Netherlands. The station is now a stop for the ZLSM. Bocholtz station was opened on September 30, 1890. The station was located on the international railway line from Aachen to Maastricht, which was opened in 1853. Given its location, the station was supposed to be the last one before the border, but at first the village of Bocholtz did not want a station and Simpelveld became the border station. Because many people from Bocholtz worked in Aachen, they first had to walk to Simpelveld. From there, it was possible to travel by train, past Bocholtz, to Aachen. To put an end to this impractical situation, a station in Bocholtz has been opened. The station building was built in 1853, at the level crossing with the street De Baan.
