The Ubachsberg Plateau is a plateau in the Heuvelland in Dutch South Limburg that was created by the erosion of surrounding rivers and streams. The area is an undulating plain that slopes gently towards the west. It stretches from the Kunderberg and Putberg in the north, Elkenrade and the Eyserbosschen in the southwest and the Froweinbos, Bosschenhuizen and Huls in the southeast. The plateau also includes the towns of Ubachsberg, Colmont, Eyserheide, Trintelen and Mingersborg. To reach the church village of Ubachsberg, you have to go uphill from all sides. The Ubachsberg Plateau is bisected by the Colmont Dry Valley. This dry valley starts immediately south of the village of Ubachsberg, between the village and the hamlet of Mingersborg, and slopes westwards. On the gently sloping side of the valley wall, Kunrader limestone comes to the surface.
