The Caumermolen is a former water mill in Onderste Caumer in the southeast of the municipality of Heerlen. Upstream on the Caumerbeek was the Caumeroliemolen, downstream the Oliemolen. The first mention of the Caumermolen, located in the valley of the Caumerbeek, dates back to 1371. This makes it the oldest water mill in the municipality of Heerlen. Historians suggest that the history of the mill goes back to the eleventh century. The mill was also responsible for the water replenishment of the medieval land fort of Heerlen.
