Keverberg Castle was the former residence of the Counts of Kessel and was restored in 2015 from a consolidated ruin of a motte castle located in the heart of the North Limburg village of Kessel aan de Maas, upstream south of Venlo. The castle is also known as Kessel Castle. It is located on a hill. The height difference between the castle and the river can be bridged via stairs and terraces.
