The Staatsmijn Beatrix is a coal mine in Herkenbosch near Roermond in the Netherlands. This is the last mine in the Netherlands before coal mining was discontinued. At the same time, a new deposit was to be developed for the first time. Thus, the Staatsmijn Beatrix can only be counted as one of the coal mines of South Limburg to a limited extent.
