The Dijkstra flour and fur mill on Nassaustraat is one of the three mills in the 'mill town' of Winschoten in the province of Groningen.
This mill, which was built in 1862 for the Dijkstra family, was the largest and highest mill in Winschoten before the Edens flour mill a little further on the Nassaustraat was raised for the second time. The mill remained the property of the Dijkstra family until 1953, when it was sold to the municipality of Winschoten. The current owner is the municipality of Oldambt, into which Winschoten was merged in 2010. The mill has an interior with four pairs of grindstones and two peltstones. In addition, the rest of the peeling mill has been preserved in its entirety. This makes the mill probably the most 'stone-rich' mill in the Netherlands. The mill has been restored several times and regularly operates on a voluntary basis.
