The building Van Heemskerckstraat 75 in Groningen is a monumental villa on the western edge of the Zeeheldenbuurt in this city.
The detached villa was built in 1915 as a director's residence on behalf of the Coöperatieve Friesch-Groningsche Beetwortelsuikerfabriek, a predecessor of the Suiker Unie. It was designed by the Groningen architect Gerrit Nijhuis. The building, which was built in a traditional style with Um 1800 elements, was later converted into a school and is now used as a shelter.
