Udema's molen is a corn and hulling mill in the hamlet of Ganzedijk, which is located just northeast of Finsterwolde in the province of Groningen.
The mill was built in 1868, after a mill had stood on the same spot until 1854. In 1961 the mill became the property of the former municipality of Finsterwolde. After several restorations, the mill is now in use on a voluntary basis, also for the training of new volunteer millers. The mill used to be equipped with self-pivoting, the rods of 19.50 meters are now fenced in Old Dutch, one of which is a rod in combination with the jib system. The mill is owned by the municipality of Oldambt. The mill was sometimes called De Hoop, but this was not original and was introduced by the association De Hollandsche Molen. Previously, the owner's name was used. As of November 24, 2013, the mill has officially been given the name of its former owner: Udema's mill.
