The Ter Pelkwijkpark is a park in the center of the city of Zwolle, named after the Overijssel politician Johannes ter Pelkwijk. It was established on the eastern part of the former fortification belt of Zwolle, which was dismantled from 1790 onwards. Later, the Ter Pelkwijkstraat also emerged here. In the park stands a memorial monument designed by Titus Leeser for the more than 700 residents of Zwolle who lost their lives during World War II due to persecution and violence.
