The St. Michael's Church or Stifts Church is a parish church, most of which dates back to the 14th century. It was the Stifts Church of the Benedictine Imperial Abbey in Thorn. It is a Gothic cross basilica with a crypt beneath the crossing and the choir. The famous neo-Gothic architect P. Cuypers restored the church in the 19th century.
