The Grote Kerk in its current form has been here on Hoofdstraat in Driebergen since 1927. Originally, there was no plan to build a tower next to the church because there was no money for it. Ultimately, after a fundraising effort, they were able to build the tower still in the same year. Next to the church is the striking Grand Café Brand & Van Zanten, which opened in 2015.
