Description

The Piemert is a steep climb from Slenaken to Hoogcrutz. The slope winds between the trees to the top where the ruins of a burned-down monastery are being repaired at the top. The slope is over 800 meters long with an average gradient of 6.5%. On the steepest part it is 11%. In 2023, the MTB will be guided over a section of this paved road, the steepest part, to the service post at the "Welkom" campsite.
