Keent is a Dutch hamlet in the North Brabant municipality of Oss, located between the village of Overlangel and the river Maas. Keent is derived from Keen, which indicates a crack or fissure. This relates to the raised land along the river. Until 2003, it was part of the municipality of Ravenstein, which merged into the larger Oss that year.
