Fleur is a scaffolding mill on the Lage Wipstraat in Zevenbergen in Brabant. The mill dates from 1841 and was built as a grist mill and oil mill. In 1938, due to wind obstruction, grinding on the wind stopped. The mill was in use until 1950 and was bought in 1969 by the then municipality of Zevenbergen. In 1989 the mill, which now had a monument status, came into private hands. From 1996 to 1999, the mill was repaired, including the mill being straightened and provided with a new roof. The masonry has also been partly renewed. That the restoration is intended to make the mill only turnable can be seen from the upper wheel, which has no comb holes.
