Boven-Hardinxveld is a village in the municipality of Hardinxveld-Giessendam, in the Dutch province of South Holland. The village is located in the Hardinxveld Polder. Boven-Hardinxveld lies on the Upper and Lower Merwede and also has a port with shipyards on the Lower Merwede. The village does not have major traffic arteries; the main road that runs through the village is the one along the dike by the Merwede.
