The Achterlandse Molen is one of the three seesaw mills that stand on the Molenkade in Groot-Ammers, in the Dutch municipality of Molenlanden, along the water of the Ammersche Boezem. The mill dates from 1596 or earlier and pumped the Polder Liesveld until 1969. The Achterlandse Molen was made habitable in 1865 and is still inhabited today. The mill was restored in 1978/1979 and 2006 and voluntarily pumps the Liesveld polder. The mill owned by the SIMAV can only be visited by appointment.
